The collection exists because the term is abused. Inclusion is a promise about the absence of decisions: the guest should not be priced at every turn, and should not discover that the good restaurant, the good wine and the good room are the ones outside the rate.
The sensor is the gap between the published inclusion and the published supplements. A house is admitted when the rate carries the house itself — its kitchens, its cellar, its service — and not a reduced version of it. A long list of supplements against a thin inclusion is a ground for exclusion, and we publish the ground.
The question is declared, the sensor is published, and the ground travels with the verdict.
