Travel Intelligence Office is an independent research desk covering the world’s defining luxury destinations — and the personalisation centre serving members of The Private Circle.
The Office publishes destination market briefs, hotel development analysis, people economics and head-to-head comparisons — the numbers behind the fantasy. Its coverage runs from the Maldives to the Saudi Red Sea, and its work is written for the industry: hotel groups, developers, operators, investors and the advisors who place their clients.
The research is independent. The Office holds no position in the properties it examines and publishes what the figures show, whether or not it flatters the destination.
For each member of The Private Circle, the Office builds and maintains a living Travel Map — a private record of travel history, preferred hotels, personal routines, family requirements, service expectations, dislikes, rituals and future aspirations.
The Travel Map learns from the traveller, their travel advisor, trusted hotel partners and every completed journey. Artificial intelligence helps identify patterns and opportunities, while human judgement remains at the centre of every recommendation. When a new request arrives, it is matched against curated collections, preferred partner relationships and first-hand destination knowledge. The objective is never the most profitable journey — but the journey most likely to deliver the greatest personal pleasure.
We don’t sell reports. We sell knowledge of the destination.
