This is the purest form the resort takes. The island is not the setting for the house — the island is the house. Water decides the boundary, arrival is a crossing, and the guest's world for the length of the stay has an edge you can walk.
The threshold is occupancy, not isolation. A house is admitted when the island reads as the resort: one operator, one world, no second life ashore. Remoteness alone does not qualify a property, and proximity alone does not disqualify one — what matters is whether the island is the whole stay or merely its address.
The question is declared, the sensor is published, and the ground travels with the verdict.
