Almost every luxury house now has a spa, which is exactly why a spa cannot be the sensor. The question is one of hierarchy: does the programme organise the house, or does the house merely contain a programme?
A house is admitted when the published material shows the stay built around the result — intake, duration, a practitioner in charge, a kitchen that answers to the programme rather than to the menu. Where treatments are sold by the hour alongside everything else, the house is excellent and belongs in another collection.
The question is declared, the sensor is published, and the ground travels with the verdict.
